Did you learn how to drive before you were 16?

I learned how to drive from my brother Michael who was 11 years older than me. He actually bought me my first car as well. He taught me at the age of 14 and took me to get my permit when I was 15. Those were some very memorable times of my life. I remember sitting in his lap at the age of 9 or 10, and he let me stir the car at that time. I couldn't even reach the brakes or the gas. I almost ran into a parked car. It was scary and too funny all at the same time.
Anyone else with some similar memories of learning how to drive before the legal age of 16?

I did not learn how to drive until I was sixteen. My first time driving was with a driver's Training instructor. He was not impressed. I wasn't ver good and I'm sure that poor man was afraid for is life. but someone had to teach me right?
