I had one of these awhile ago and I keep meaning to recreate it. DELICIOUS, and thought I would share the recipe: Take a pita, smother in chili. Top with cheddar or mexican cheese blend. Place on a sheet pan and cook in the oven, just until the cheese starts melting. Serve with sliced tomatoes, sour cream, black olives and peppericinis. You pretty much need a knife and fork to eat it, but still SO good!! An interesting take on the traditional, what do you think?

That sounds DELICIOUS! Is there any specific brand chili you use?

Well, I am not a meat eater, so I get hormel canned chili with no meat...but any kind will do! Actually, when I had it the first time at a restaurant it was a meat variety of chili (not a veg at that point) and it was still good. When I make homemade chili it tends to be a little more soupy than thick, so personally I've never used homemade, but if you make your own that could be delicious also! Let me know what you think if you give it a try! :)
