what is the best suggestion u will give me to lose weight? and tell me the steps to get followed please tell me ????????

The fastest and the most eaisiest why to lose weight is to drink lots and lots of tea, Especially chinese green tea. They make a person to go to the toilet a lot hance making you lose weight. You could also try taking SAFI. They are poebably sold at your local indian supermarket. Good luck and happy mylotting helper

For me, cutting down on the carbs -- meaning I stopped eating rice and substituted whole wheat bread instead. I also stopped eating junk food and snacking regularly -- I only reserved it for treat/reward days. I limited my soda intake to sips, and only when I feel like I really need to. I also walked the treadmill for 30 minutes everyday. Drink lots of water and get enough sleep. This is all I can suggest, I hope it works for you as it did for me!
