We all know that Ciao change their policy. With this many members become disappointed. Now, they have launched the new program called premium funds. How does this program works? They usually offer the authors to write hih quality reviews. With this if the readers rate the review as "exceptional", the review would be qualified for premium funds. The author of the review has now the chance to receive $20, $5 or with $2000 that will be distributed to all the members who will qualify for the premium funds. With this, I always receive only "very helpful".So how will I qualify for the premium funds? I think we should help each other. What do you think?

i guess lets just be honest.Although i have some exceptional ratings, but majority of my rates are on very helpful status...I guess if the review is worth exceptional, then so be it.besides, as for me, i don't much aiming the premium funds.because out of the thousand exceptional ratings, i believe if that would be divided, i can't even get a dollar.lol

Since you know that only exceptional rating can be possible to qualify for the Premium Fund, so the best thing to do is to make your reviews the best of all the reviews. What I've noticed from the other members now in CIAO, they no longer post reviews but just retained what they have posted and let all the people out there to have it rated which also sound the most appropriate.

There's no mentioned in the guidelines that only those reviews that have exceptional ratings could qualify in the Premium funds and here's what Ciao said in the calculations.
The Premium Fund is, for the most part, automatically divided up. Various quality measures are taken into account, such as the length of the review, the author’s objectivity and the level of interest which he/she demonstrates. Please understand that, in the interest of avoiding abuse and bias, we cannot make the exact selection process public.
