how many time you drink tea in a day?

Last day I stopped thinking and trying to count the number of cups of tea I drink in one day. I start first thing in the morning than I go at work and start with a cup of tea, at work I stop and drink around another 3 cups. Then I go home and have tea before dinner and another tea before I sleep. I think I am starting to be TEA addict. Is it health to drink lots of tea in a day?

I usually did not drink tea i take it and only one cup once a day becaus i dont want to be addicted by it as it contaons caffiene

Well tea is good for health, but i can take 2 times a day which is healthy. Wont go for more cups.

I drink about six to eight cups a day. I am tea holic. I prefer tea than coffee. I take one in the morning, another couple when I am at work with the excuse that it soothes my voice and then another couple when I am at home , roughly one every hour. I take the last one before I go to bed.

i am trying to drink tea for a month already. well i do drink tea before but not that much. now i am trying to drink hot tea every after meals. so all the grease from the food will be washed down form my system. it is not bad to drink tea i drink hot tea more when i read this. http://www.loore.com/p/Cliq08/6.php. so i am trying to drink hot tea after meals.
