How does One get started by writing for Fashion magazines ?

For all of you whom didn't know I'm a HUGE fashion junkie. Fashion here fashion there..I'm also an aspiring fashion designer. I want to get started getting reviews and writing for a fashion website or either a fashion magazine..Thanks a lot.
