My favorite way to cook chicken is fry it with a lot of Down South Taste in it, then you got to have the best hot sauce Texas Pete. I can eat fried chicken allday. I can eat it hot or cold it doesn't matter. Eat by itself or with some biscuit the best way. But even thou you fry it, it still got to stay juice. The worse chicken is dry chicken it's like eating dirt.

I like chicken as well. I usually do not fry it, but I do like to have fried chicken every now and then. I do not eat the skin, I always take it off. Chicken is my go to meal, because I do not eat red meat or pork. Actually, I am baking a piece of chicken for my husband's dinner right now. My mother's sister lived in the south, and they used to fry the chicken outside in a big black pot. Now, that is the best fried chicken I have ever had
