I don't know about you, but every winter I get bad cold. I get one now. No matter what I do I still get it. Last winter was bad, I was sick for the whole . No I don't have a flu just get fever, headache, coughing.

Sorry for your cold! Are you careful about constant hand washing? vitamin c? Echinanca? The germs are everywhere! I myself have an autoimmune disease (ms) so I do not catch the common cold or flu. In fact, it is recommended that I not get a yearly flu shot. That is one experience and expense I am glad to miss. Hope you feel better soon.

hi frends....its all depends on ones body ....if ur are enough resistent to cold then u will not get cold in winter...previously i used to get cold in every winter...now my body has got some resistence power...so now iam not getting any cold....drink water more to avoid ur self from cold...if u get cold then ur body is vulnerable to many other disease...dont paly in snow....u will get cold if u play in snow....always protect ur body from cold temparature conditions
