SCAM site or NOT?

I registered cashcrate.com and I always have to click on the offer and fill-out information before i get cash and sometime I don't even get cash at all. Another site I registered is Clixsense.com (PTC site) is it a scam? WHAT'S THE CONSEQUENCE IF I PROVIDED MY ADDRESS TO SCAM SITE?

Cashcrate has paid me 3 times. They do pay but you need to get your surveys validated and after a while that gets harder and harder to do. Used to need $10.00 to get paid at Cashcrate but I haven't used them in months. Can't help you with Clixsense.
