Will India reach the target of '2020'? [year 2020]

India seems compete and work very hard towards the point of 'SuperPower'. But having nuclear weapons alone will not give India that 'SuperPower' Status. It needs many other straits also. On all these basis, do u think India will become a 'SuperPower' by the year 2020...?
