What is the best deal you've gotten?

Have you ever gotten something expensive for very little money? Looking on craigslist the other day I came across a bunch of books. There were about 16 plastic shopping bags FULL. They only wanted $25 for all. I got the deal. Yes, some are pretty beat up, but still good enough to read. And for only paying $25 for that many books I won't be complaining too much. Tell us about your experience.

I got a glittery cocktail dress for a little over $1.I got it from a secondhand store.it is a real lifesaver.we'll be having our company's annual dinner,and the dress requirement is formal.I could use the cocktail dress.I also got a Marc Jacobs trench coat for as little as $5.I got a D&G dress for as little as $4.

On Craigslist I bought a bird cage for $50 and it was one of those huge cages that normally costs $400 in pet stores. So I guess that was a pretty good deal.
I give away stuff on Craigslist a lot. Sometimes I have the patience to sell stuff if it's something more expensive. I sold my one violin on Craigslist because I wasn't playing anymore. And maybe later I'll sell more instruments since I've had less and less time for music lately.
