I was out walking this morning after ferocious wind and rain we had last night. This is the River Taff, about 10 minutes walk away from my home. As I approached I could hear the water which is rare with this usually slow moving river. I didn't have my camera because it was such a grey day and I didn't think I would be taking photos. I wished then that I had it, but then I remembered my phone and snapped the river with that. Seeing that water was quite incredible though...

That looks really awesome! That's what's nice about having a camera phone. If you don't have your camera on you, but you see something you want to get a picture of- at least you have your phone!

Hi derek! That must have been such an incredible sight! I
would have loved to have been there! I love being near the
water! To see a river that is usually so calm after a storm
or raging winds must be so cool to see an hear! There just
is something so mysterious and hypnotizing to me about bodies
of water! I am totally fascinated by them!

Hi Derek, Nice photo. Your photo has reminded me when I was in kilkenny, there were small rivers full of water since it had rained a lot the week previously that I went there last August. Thanks for sharing this moment with us.
