When do you cut our nails?

This is really an intresting question for me. Because I do it always. I mean I am a nail bitter and am not ashamed of it, I know its a bad habit. But, its also good in a way that I don't have grown up nails at any points of time ;)

The best time to cut nails is when they get too long (or you have snagged one or something). In other words "when necessary". It is certainly easier to cut nails, however, after a bath or when you have soaked your hands for a while. Nails absorb water (as hair does) and this makes them softer and easier to trim.
