As a new mylotter I don't have any idea what those red star, blue star and even pink star mean that they attach on top of our names here. Can you please tell me what it means? Thanks a lot.

It's your ranking...or rating. If you put your mouse pointer on your star you will see what your ranking is. When members + or - a discussion or response of yours, it can make your ranking increase or decrease. It has nothing to do with earnings so I really don't know why it's even there.

I see thanks for telling me this. If doesn't have any connection with earning then maybe it is just some kind of motivation.;-))

If you read the details about the DRS in the link I gave, it DOES say that it is 'factored in' to the earnings system in some way. We are not supposed to speculate on the details of the earnings system - it is quite complex and relies on 'quality' of discussions and responses. It would seem likely that a response that earns many '+' points is likely to be considered better 'quality' than one with '-' points or none, but how far that is true, nobody knows!
