How to spend less time fooling around on the net.??

A good question which I never thought it myself. I think I spend more time surfing rather than working. I think is a bad habit that surfing the net during working time. But in today life, no office can still survive without the internet. Have anyone still working in a office without internet. Or worse, only type writer. So I have to work more and surf less in order become more productivity.

The only way could be to list down the task you have at hand. First finish them and then work on you leisure activities.
