Why are models so desirable?

Fashion models? I find them too good to be true. I have read accounts about this certain model looking like someone from the grave without make-up on. When we talk of models, I would prefer it to be about role models...those that encourage others to make a positive change in life. These models --- the role models are the real deal and you could find them wearing even the most shabby clothes but wearing the most pristine spirit. I still look at beauty as that which radiates from the heart and reflected through the eyes. Beauty which is limited to the face but doesn't go through to the heart isn't beauty to me --- but something of a curse to whoever is foolish enough to fall into such trap.

They look very unhealthy to me. Why can they not use models with a little bit more body on them, nothing looks better than a healthy glowing woman.

Have you ever seen them in photos or personally before they've been made up?Many photos are airbrushed.Photos can also be altered with computer software .We want them(actors,models,personalities) because we can't have them.Yes,too good to be true.

Well I find models stone faced, and they look merely like dolls,according to me too liveless to be true.

i do not think they are desirable, i think they are too thin.

They are the real deal at least the guy models are. The reason I know is my cousin's son is a model for ambercrombie . He just decided to take off some time from college and head back to new york and do more modeling. He is a very good looking 23 year old and he knows it but he's not shallow. A very fun and loving young man. so I would say they are the real deal.
