How fast is your internet connection?

Mine goes something around 270kbps down and 90kbps up when i tested my speed on Speedtest. It's pretty slow actually because our service provider PLDT myDSL tries to limit bandwidth making out internet slower than what we are paying for. They have lousy customer service so it's useless to complain. It should be fast but it feels like i'm still using dial up. We're supposed to be getting 386kbps of speed. PLDT is shortchanging us. May i ask what location did you choose when you tested your speed? A friend told me to choose a location that's far from where you are to get the true speed of your internet. I don't know if it's true but i gave it a try.

Hello coolmailraj. I think that my Internet connection is ok, because it is neither slow nor fast. In fact, I think that if I have a new laptop, the speed will be much faster. So I guess the speed of my Internet connection has a lot to do with my old laptop.

My speedtest esults say that my downloads is 10556 kb/s and my uploads are 9322 kb/s. I guess that is good.
