Why is the sign of the cross not done in other christian religions?

The original christians are the roman catholic. They do the sign of the cross whenever they pray to give thanks, ask for forgiveness, prosperity, health, protection, safety and happiness. Why does other christian religion stopped the doing of the sign of the cross?

There is nothing sort of Original or duplicate in Christianity. Those who believe christ as his personal saviour or try to practice his teachings in daily life is a realy christian. Roman Catholic is only a denomination. These types of mentality are really killing christianity. The real meaning of sign of Cross is:-
(1) Jesus who was in heaven 2) came down to this earth - (3)brought us who were in left side (evil side) (4)to the right side (righteous side). Hope you understand.
