Not being Jamaican, this is hard to understand. Why was he not arrested and jailed, making him unfit to remain in office? Is this behavior not illegal there? If it isn't, it certainly should be! If I were Jamaican, I'd be ranting to everyone I could find to attempt a recall, at the very least!
