be considered exercise? My husband has a bad back so I bought this massager mat. After one day my husband said his back was worse. Said the thing made him use all kinds of muscles and now hes sore. It says all over the box, it relieves stress so how can he be worse?

Glad you reminded me. My computer crashed and I am still loading software and other stuff lost, slowly. It was a nightmare. I couldnt even log on to mylot for days due to security settings which the virus would not let me change.
