I would like to open topic for hangouts in your city or state. so that every one can enjoy there weekends and know new places and hagouts in there city.

You can do this by using myLot's Lists feature. Start a list for your city and state and then post a message under that list. As other people in your city and state sign up and look at lists, they should see your message. Hopefully it will grow over time.
