Hey guys, its me and my boyfriend's 29th monthsary today.
And were gonna be going to the beach later to celebrate it. So excited.
But anyway, just wanna ask if you guys still celebrate monthsaries with your boyfriends/girlfriends...for those who are married, do you still celebrate anniversaries? And how?
hope to hear from you guys!

I just got married last January so my husband and I have not yet celebrated any anniversaries yet. But when we were still boyfriend and girlfriend, we used to celebrate our monthsaries. There were times when we give each other a simple present or a greeting card but we always made it sure that we will meet during that special day. It did not matter if we eat in a good restaurant, want a movie, or just stay at his or my house, as long as we meet.

wow you're also on the 29th month? same here, we just celebrated our 29th monthsary last dec. 9.. (we became a couple last Jul. 9, 2006) we celebrated it at Star City. we spent most of our "monthsaries" going out on a date like going to dinner, watch movies like that. sometimes if we have a big budget, we go out of town or to the beaches and resorts like puerto galera, laguna, batangas etc.

Hubby and I still celebrate the months that we have been together and the years that we have been dating. We have been married 8 months and been dating for 4 years and actually we just celebrated our 8 month anniversary of being married. But how we celebrate we just buy each other a little gift and we'll go out to a restaurant or something and thats about it there. I think though for our 1st year anniversary as a married couple we will definitely do something a lot better.
Wow a day at the beach sounds like fun. I would love to go to the beach right now. I haven't been in a long time. But with how the weather has been going like crazy, I'm not sure if we'll be heading there any time soon. Hubby and I love going to the beach we go almost every year, this year has been kind of hectic though, since just getting married, so we haven't been at all this year.
Anyway happy monthsary. Have fun.

Yes, my boyfriend and I still celebrate our monthsaries even if we are already together for 6 and a half years or 78 months. Every month, we see to it that we are together on that special day or date. It'd either we eat out, watch a movie or go malling during our monthsary. Although there were months that we were not able to celebrate because he was sent abroad for a month, we still celebrate when he arrived. Other than communication with each other, I think celebrating our monthsary and anniversary makes our relationship stronger.

Oh that's just natural...you know, people tend to forget especially when your really busy. Putting it in a reminder like in your cellphone or journal can be really helpful though.
I can't really forget our monthsary because, 14 is my day of birth as well. And a lot of my friends knows about it, so they will greet us so I tend to remember! lol
