Help! All blog widgets are empty!

I need some help as quick as possible. I was changing my blog's template and did not realize that I would lose all my widgets' setting and configurations. I did not like the new template and wanted the old one back. However, now all my widgets are gone. I've read that you can restore it using a cached version (by googling your site) but I do not know how to do this. How can I restore my blog? How can I restore it using a cached version of my site? Please answer as quick as possible as this is urgent! I will award best response to the person who's suggestion works in restoring my blog!
