Well I gather that he wrote this one as well as directed it. I suppose it isn't too bad but my other half was bored all the way through. I thought it would be a little bit more interesting but to tell the truth it didn't really hold me either. It is a story of Mayan tribe that get attacked and the men are brought back to the main 'citadel' where they are all up for human sacrifice. Well of course the hero gets away and dashes back to what is left of his home to find his pregnant wife and little son - amazingly enough he was the only one who hid them from the mauraders and kept his family safe. Then at the end as he is nearly captured by his enemies, guess who should come a'sailing into the cove, yep good old Christopher Columbus. A little bit of stretching the truth but heh not too bad I suppose the only real downside is that it is all in sub titles, goodness knows what languages they are speaking but I don't think there are many who can understand it without sub titles (I presume it is the little known native American Mayan/Inca languages). Ho hum. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and if so, how did you rate it?
