When browsing sites through firefox i open links in different windows. So if i no longer need a window i use Ctrl+W to close that tab. Also i use Ctrl+T to open a new tab. Are you also used to using more shortcuts when using the net.

Although I know about these shortcuts and think they're useful, I have just never grown into the habit of using them. I only use a few shortcuts when I'm working on Microsoft Word (ones like redo, undo, and save) because I'm in the habit of using them. I know that shortcuts when browsing the Internet are supposed to make life easier, but... hmm... I've never paid attention to them or made an effort to apply them to my Internet usage regularly. =P

I usually use the ctrl+T to open new tabs but I'm not used to using the ctrl+W to close it. I'd rather press that little x button :)
