It's definitely Eric Cartman. That guy is super awesome. "Screw you guys... I'm going home!" "Respect my authorotaa!!!" "X( But Mommmmmm..." Whenever he's not in an episode, the episode seems really dull without him. The next best character would have to be Butters. He's so innocent, it's funny.

CARTMAN!!! Hand down it has to be Cartman. He is hilarious. My favorite "Cartman" line is "Respect my authoritaaaa". I love South Park.
