don't want my mom cooking all day on Christmas day..any good ideas on what 2 eat

That is very nice of you! I don't know what your family does for meals on Christmas, but our family does a big Christmas day brunch! We make egg dishes up the day before and keep them in the fridge. We also get a Honey baked ham and have that later on in the day and that is simple you just heat it in the oven. Christmas eve is our BIG meal and we always do Chicken and Beef Fondue with a nice Salad and some kind of bread. Its a fun family gathering!!! Hope that those ideas help!!! Shihtzumama
