What do you do on your break at work?

Really simple question. Whenever I do an odd job in landscaping, I spend my break checking my phone and eating as much as I can. I also love buying a pink sobe every break and gulping that down too! What's your break ritual?

It depends on the day. Sometimes on my lunch break I will run errands, like go to the bank or get gas in my car. Other days I will check my e-mail and sometimes my phone. Occasionally I will eat in the staff lounge, but it is usually full of people and somedays I just need a break to be myself.
During my breaks, it's my time to check on my cellphone, call or text my love ones, eat my favorite meals, rest for a bit and have a little conversations with my co-workers, taking pictures!

I usually work on my schoolwork during my break. I also check voicemail and email.
