If its your own videos..You'll have to host your video and copy the embed code into your sites.you can try it in www.youtube.com upload it then copy the embed code.

First of all, where is the video which you want to put onto your web page located. If its online like youtube or metacafe etc.. They will have a Code for Embedding the Video to website.
