The other day myself and my daughter visited Kentucky Fried Chicken and ordered a bucket of Fried Chickens, when we reached our table, horrors of horrors, the ketchup was given in satchets and for the entire bucket only 4 satchets were given, if you want more you have to beg them, and politely hand over another 2. But the most important thing was there was no drinking water and if you want to have any thing to drink you have to order Pepsi or the fancy priced bottled water. I have been to other KFC outlets in Banglore as well as in Delhi, but at that places, drinking water was free, but in Chennai, in a big mall they treat you like this. Has this happened to you in any other place. Kindly give your responses.

Oh really?
Well, for personal experience, I never had problems with KFC branches here in our city and in our country as well. They don't short change people and don't even offer bottled waters, their water is clean and cold.
Hmm... In our KFCs here though, they don't give out ketchup since they have a special gravy for it, their gravy is great by the way.
Maybe they're just taking the opportunity that people there could spend more and they could earn more since it's a big mall and more and more people would be there. But still, there's no question that they need to change the way they treat the customers there.

Thanks for the response laydee, you are lucky, here it is the same old Heinz ketchup and that too is rationed, and unfortunately in my town,KFC as well as Mcdonalds are situated in the Malls, they do not have stand alone resturants, not only KFC Mary's Rooster a Malaysian fast food chain does not offer drinking water and we are forced to buy their bottled waters..Well the Indians are always taken for a ride.
