How do you add tags to your blogger posts?

Does anyone know how I should add tags to my blogger posts? I cannot readily access this information. I am not sure how I should go about doing it. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you can use a Cloud Tag , it's a Widget that you can add , but it's don't work 100% because normally Blogger Tag the content of your Post..

when you are making a post down of the textbox you're writting it should said tags and you put them
