Where do I put the code?

Where do I put the code from paid-to-promote.net? Do not ask me about the site. I recently updated my blog after changing themes and back again and the code for the site is gone. Can anyone tell me where to put the code?
P.S. This discussion might get deleted so post at your own risks! I just want to know the answer to my question. If anyone can tell me, I will give the first person with the correct answer a best response!

It does happen sometimes, and I think, there's something like a 'beta' or something of that sort involved in there. It has happened to me too. And due to this I lost my hard earned blog. I had more than 100 posts in it. I had wored quite hard for that site. The blog and the frontpage just refuses to open up. And that's why I had lost all that I had earned through my blog. I tried to open and edit the code in it. But it did not help. I would advice others to be so careful as much as you can so that you do not have to face the problems like me.
