Money by Uploading Video in Yobi.TV

Hi mylotters, I posted this discussion in youtube discussion but I did not received any response...anyway I just want to ask if someone here has tried yobi.tv? they say that you can win money prizes by uploading videos. The winner will be judge by people who voted your video. The video who has the highest votes will win. I uploaded one video already just to try my luck. Anyway, does anyone here know this site? Please tell me if they are legitimate so I will not waste my precious time. Thank you Mylotters.
