which do you like -high salary but less freetime or low salary but much freetime

If thats the only option, of course, I would choose having a high salary though i will only have less free time. Everybody needs to have a big income in order to cope up with the expenses that we incur everyday. Especially those who already have their own family, it would be a big "plus" if either the mother or the father is earning high. Aside from the everyday expenses in the house, they still have extra money to save and to buy toys, clothes, and other wants for your family. They also have extra money to spend when they want to go out during their freetime. Besides, what are you gonna do with your freetime if you dont have enough money to go out and relax.

If really you were receiving high salary, you would not be really having that free time, for no one who has employed you at that salary would be allowing you to be free. Often you are called upon to decide on important issues and the success of the strategies formulated and entered into by you would hang like the proverbial Sword of Damocles. The only people who receive high salaries [proportionate to their contribution]are IMO the unionised workers for in most countries they are protected so much that it is very difficult to get anything out of them as they get rooted to the system. If it is not the case then such a person would be the kith and kin of the owners.

Well...I am not one of those people. LOL! What I seek is a balanced-lifestyle. What good is a high paying salary when you don't have time to spend it? I used to such kind of situation while I was still much younger but I still became unhappy and I realized that there are more important things in life. HOwever, I still believe that I have to go through such phase in my life because I can now appreciate toned down choices that I have made.

That's a tough question for me. Of course everyone wants a high paying job including me but I'm the type of person who wants enough time to be with her family and to keep in touch with friends. I think I will go for a low salary but with much free time.

What I like is a high salary with reasonably free time.. I think that is the ideal. 5 days a week work and two days off and with occasional long period of leave from time to time especially during the holidays and special occasion. My work is not perfect but I can go to work and not go to work whenever I want to. Suits me perfectly.

I am not a person who like money or who runs for money i like to enjoy life as it is so i like low salary with more free time but i it's not that i will not care money i will but i will work hard and expect the results to be the same

I want high salary with less free time. Whether free time is less or more salary is important.
