Does GOD really exist or is he a man made creation?

I consider GOD to be the positive energy and Ghost to be the negative energy. If there is any positive energy then there has to be some negative energy. Anyways i believe there is a positive energy which i name it as GOD. What do you think?

no its not like that. It is just my view. I think people in India are more religious than any other nation. Almost in every Indian house you will find a small place for god where numerous god's are kept and worshiped and on every Indian street you will find a temple, church or a mosque

well i am catholic and i believe in god but that does not mean i agree with you that ghosts are negative energy.. father son and holy ghost is our cross so you can see God does not think ghosts are necessarily negative .. . a ghost energy will be positive or negative depending on circumstances concerning its being ..

It is just your view alright. Like what I've said, since you're from India and I'm from Philippines, we have different views on religion. I just commented on your title discussion (Does GOD really exist or is he a man made creation?) and gave a honest answer that since I'm a Christian, I believe in God's existence.

Hello prithviraj0007! I do believe in God's existence. I can't see him but I can feel him. There are many times that He has proven that He do exists. He answered all my prayers and show me signs. Just be strong with your faith and never fail to thank Him and ask Him through prayers.

I happen to believe in the existance of God, however....
I believe that religion was made up by man. The creation myths and other religious stories were about explaining the mysteries of nature to ancient man. Religion helped explain the sun and the moon, the changing of the seasons, why there were mountains, rivers, the seas and the many species of animals.
As mankind further developed, farming and domestication of animals (farming) lead to increased food resources. This lead to an increase in population which in turn lead to being able to grow more food. This lead to a surplus of food, allowing for the development of craftsmen (metalsmiths, artisans, warriors). In order to control this, a chief was elected. Further development lead to the first kings. Religion played a part in keeping those in power by claiming to be close to God, or a descendant of God, in order to stay in power. So, controling the masses became an aspect of religion.
You can believe in God without being religious, just as you can be spiritual without neccessarily believing in God.

i also believe that there is GOD!! coz no human can explain why human lives so i believe in god.. because if there's no GOD then what is the purpose of man living in this world.. and would be amaze of certain things that you think it is impossible for a human mind to reach...?
