Megalido close for new registration . Why ???

I see megalido now closed for new registration. Do you now why ??? is it will close soon ?

megalido is a good site, i have heard good reviews about it, i think they are close bcoz they want to make the site private and doesnt want to open it to public. i think it will open soon, but dunno when.
