Excluding what may happen in the next two weeks of course, what was the most interesting or newsworthy event that happened in 2008? For me personally, it was seeing O.J. Simpson finally being convicted, and now sitting in his jail cell. I know, that is a very hot button topic, and that each individual case must be tried on its own individual merit and.... Blah blah blah and so on. And I'm also a human being, and I believe he was guilty 10 years ago, and the truth is I don't care how he finally gets behind bars, just that he's finally where he should be! That issue aside, for you what is the most interesting or newsworthy story of 2008?
