Thinking about advertising in my neighbourhood

I have skills in Adobe Photoshop which allow me to fix,improve, restore or edit photographs/pictures professionally. I also have good PC knowledge and experience so I was thinking about advertising in my neighbourhood offering 2 services: 1) Fixing/Restoring your personal photograph (wedding, family, friends, party). I can: - Fix poor colour/lighting(including the removal of red eyes) - Removing unwanted objects (including removing signatures / text) - Removing scratches, tears etc - People touchups (airbrushing, body reconstruction) - Adding objects (add person from one picture to another) - Replacing textures/surfaces and much more 2) I investigating your PC's security to see if you are protected against computer related threats such as viruses, trojans, hackers, spoof websites, spyware etc. I come to your house and: - View your PC's current security (if any) - Scan and remove security threats on your PC (if any) - Install suitable software that will help keep your computer safe from basic threats like viruses, trojans, hackers etc - Educate you on basic home security and teach you on how to use the software I just installed I could also offer advice over phone/email. Do you think this is a good idea to earn a little bit of money on the side? (I go to college) Would anyone here be interested if you lived in my area? I was thinking about advertising in the local paper and shop windows.
