Now another body blow to the PTC followers. Buxout has closed. I was shocked this morning when I clicked into buxout as the main page merely said "Sorry we are spent up and have closed." I had counted on this site as one of my bankers and had almost got back the monies invested in referrals. This is making me have serious doubts about the whole business.
