Is Wrigley field really gonna be torn down? Are the cubs gonna be bought? ANd when are they saying this might happen? My dad told me about this a week ago...and then on the news I saw where the Tribune is filing for bankruptcy, but heard the Cubs were not included (as they are owned by he Tribune). They did not say in the same report anything about Wrigley and the Cubs being sold. SO I gotta know.. Cause if it's true I have togo to a game next summer. I cannot imagine what Chicago will be like with that huge piece of history gone. I remember while I was in college and Gene Siskel (movie reviewer from Chicago...you know Siskel and Ebert) died all of Chicago and suburbs mourned him... so tell me if the cubbies and wrigley are next. ANd when will all this insanity of economical crisis end, because I am getting alittle tired of seeing more and more AMERICAN compaines closing and focring people out.
