Hello friends
I just wanted to ask you all that does work in office is inclusive of dirty games played by respective seniors to un necessarily harrass you.There are many things which I cannot discuss in details.
From many days I am being subjected to un-necessary harassment in office.Since I come in at 10.00 a.m in the officeso Ileave by 6.00 sharp.This has been pricking my senior.He taunts at times which I feel irritated at.Comparing to him I really get pea-nuts in the name of salary.He comes late and stays late so he wants me to do the same without even thinking that we are ladies (my colleague too )and have a ecertain limitation.And I dont understand the concept that whole day i work on time and dont keep it pending then why go late.Why waste time in office .I am planning to leave it after 4 months or if the inhuman practise continues then may be after this month.Am I doing right ?

Well if you really are not happy with what is going with your office then maybe it is really good that you leave it as soon as you can. But please make sure that you have a job to replace when you do it. It is hard to find good job right now moreso getting one and realize that you're not enjoying the workplace after getting one. So by now you should start job hunting once again.
Please be aware that politics is part of office work. It cannot be remove in any office setting so if you get into one do not be surprise if you see them again your workplace. It is but natural to have this in a workplace.

well i accept fully with this friend.
yeah it is such a silly thing in all offices. and we can't do much about it. it is better that we move away to a better place if we don't like it.
well asking subordinates to stay for long is there every where. this is there for males also. i don't know for what. they feel that work is done better if we stay for +2 hours. this is ridiculous. only people who are lazy to complete their work in time need to stay longer. but things have reversed these days. they say that whoever stays longer is a good worker. stupid bosses.

I think you should work in a sittuation that is tolerable for you if you feel that the situation there is intolerable I think you are right to leave it. It is not right to stay in a situation that doesn't work for you.
