A perfect free online storage website...!

Hi friends i would be really interested in knowing what are the sources you use for storing your files online. I need you help here. I am in search of such an online storage site which has following functions.
1) upload file size should be minimum 100MB
2) Ability to share folders with passwords.
3) sufficient monthly bandwidth say min 1 GB
4) Optional - A uploader software for windows which can synchronize your pc and online storage.
5 ) And finally the capacity of online storage should be minimum 1GB
Please help

Well i have registered at humyo as you suggested but yet it has one drawback. It has no password protection for shared folders..I need that.. and no software uploader too. The uploader comes when you upgrade to premium membership. Thanks for the info sharing.
