Do you think that the dinner would make you fat?

well,winter has come,it's so cold that I don't wanna go outside more.rencently,I feel some of my trousers don't suit me any more,they are a little small.I gain weight!Today,when I have dinner,my mother told me to eat less,it can lose my weight,more you eat at dinner,more fatter you will be!But,I was really hungry,I wanted to eat out all food at the table!What can I do?Do you think dinner would make you fat?

Its highly advised that we eat 4 hours before we sleep. But its not just dinner, eating too much at any time would make up fat. They key here is to eat the right type of food, and even then do it moderately.
