How To Update Your Transaction Dispute at Alertpay? Please help someone!!!

I cannot update the dispute at alertpay. There are two options given as Update and Reply. When I click update it comes again to the support ticket main page but cannot be updated. When I click post reply it goes to reply post where I cannot upload snapshots of transactions. Anybod please help. I have lost too much from those PTC scam sites. So i need to update the AL transaction dispute as soon as possible. Anybody please reply!
