Are you sending or expecting any packages from the USPS? Expect them to take awhile to arrive. Today is said to be the busiest mailing day of the year because there is only 9 days left until Christmas.

Wrap your items individually when you're packing more than one item in a box.
Be sure to cushion your packages with bubble wrap, newspaper, or foam peanuts.
Always use shipping tape to seal your packages and avoid using string, cellophane and masking tape.

I did hear that it is the busiest mailing day of the year also.
The post offices are going nuts and the mailmen and women are doing their best. There is excitement in the air!
It really is starting to have that old fashion Christmas feel to it. I love it!

That's a little discouraging. I have quite a few to send out this week, hopefully I will catch the post office at a less busy time.

I send things a lot because of Ebay and this trading site I participate in. I went to the post office yesterday and the line was ridiculously long. It almost makes me not want to go to the post office, but I need to send my things out regardless of the holiday.
