Your Company's Christmas Party

Unfortunately our company has cancelled theirs out this year for financial reasons, so we were told. Heard a few other discussions on this, but I'm not surprised myself. Did your company have theirs this year? Did they cancel or really downsize it from last year. My husbands company had their Christmas Party, and they ommitted a few things they've had for the past few years, and we all had a good time.
