I can pop my thumb out of place and back into place. It's really weird! It also makes a noise. If I could post a video here on myLot I would show all you mylotters! My younger sister can hold her arms behind her back and then bring them to the front by pulling them over her head. I cannot do that! Anyone here double jointed?

I have never been able to do anything like this. My youngest daughter can do everything you have said. She can also bend her thumbs backwards to touch her arms. She kept going over on her ankles all the time and I took her to the doctors. The Doctors did not even check her ankles. She took one look at her hands and bent them around and said "shes got Hypermobility syndrome" I had never heard of it before but I looked it up on the internet and some people can have it severly.

Uh, that's okay. I don't think I would want to see you dislocate your thumb! I used to be able to put my foot behind my head when I was little. I can't really do it anymore without the worry of straining or breaking something, actually.

Hahaha it's not really dislocating.. I couldn't think of the right word. My youngest sister could put her feet behind her head when she was younger, but she can't anymore. Lol

Arrrgh! You just put me off my supper!! haha And it makes a noise when you do it!! Arrrgh! No. I'm the opposite of double jointed - some of my joints don't go the way they are intended to go! And it gets worse as the years go bye! Count yourself lucky you are nice and supple.

I have one finger that is double jointed. I've seen some ppl that are double jointed and it's weird the things they can do. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**[/b]
