Is there a particular subject or study in a subject that either you or your children are irritated with or just don't get? My daughter has a hard time with fractions and long division. When I was in school,it was algebra that I couldn't get.

geometry, I don't get all the rules for it. Simple geometry is OK, but after that, it gets crazy.

It's early days for my son as he is only in 1st grade and seems to be doing well in mathematics. I wonder sometimes though because some of the problem solving equations they get are sometimes difficult to understand - even I have trouble sometimes LOL I loved maths when I went to school (a long time ago LOL)

i hated "high math" as they called it.as soon as the letters came into the equation, the brain said no..they used to have the old form of hangman division when i was going to school also.looked just like a gallows.

I was always a bookworm. I liked everything and didn't really have a hard time with anything but, I really hated science. I love Math it's probably my best subject.
