hi, your disaster experience

have you ever experienced any disasters like snowstorms typhoon earthquakes volcano eruptions or tomado/ what is the experience like/ what was your reaction to disasters/ how do you deal with the aftermath of disaster? my family and i ever experienced sars in beijing in 2003 at that time i do not have any class but my gf and i still have lots of homeworka nd exam we have to write a lot i must say thanks to my parents i got hot fever by accident last for several days they cure me i have never experienced real disasters when the earthquake happened it remind me of teh words my father said years ago fortunately i am ok a fter a week anyway we htough the pain and it is over king as we can see we know nothing indeed this time as usaul national on the contrary somebody should go to hell all these things are top be answered for after thabe clam and do your utmost to slow the problem i really hope the trapped will be saved out from the hell as sson as possible just pray for them i ahve decided to donate blood tomorrow do hat can i do to help them more or lesst my girlfriend seems fel a littel worried aboutt me we climb hte hill outside at the end of that disaster

i lost my house in the flood of 2006, me and 1 of my daughters lived in an apartment right by the river. the house was quarenteined and we were not alowed in to get our stuff for almost 4 days. we had to leave 5 cats and a litter of kittens in the house untill we could get back. :( the rescuers had not come to get us out of the house where the water was almost 6 feet high, my friend and i were on the phone for 2+ hours before the decided to send us a truck on the train tracks. my daughter and i had to pretty much carry our 2 elderly nabors along w/ 2 dogs and some of the cats. thankfully we all made it out ok... i wish i could say that for the house...PS we manged to get the animals out after being in the house for 4 days, all of them were alive and one of the cats was found trapped between the window and the screen, we r guessing that it was inthe window when the vibrations knocked the window down. sadly we ended up having to get rid of all but 2 of our cats and we got to keep our dog :D
