Since when the heck did California get so cold?

As most of you all know, I live in California, I live in Pomona, and it is so cold around here, and it should not be, we Californians are not ready for this. This is the kind of whether that I expect from Montana where some of my family is from, but not from California. I am freezing my butt off here. Thank goodness my house has a new heater, that is certainly keeping us warm, but it just doesn't seem like enough. I miss the 110ºF whether. You all think that I am joking. I am not. I love the heat. The only thing good about this whether is that it is making me want to snuggle next to my boyfriend more.

well, its really weird the weather every where lately. places are having snow that never did. so much for global warming?

Actually, this could be the dawn of another Ice Age, which is part of global warming from what I have heard.

The only reason that I ever go outside is to buy Christmas gifts. I had to buy a lot this year which means that I had to go outside a lot. I am not one to stay indoors, so if I go out, I definitely cover up.

I'm in Ca too, though up in Northern Ca in the Sacramento area. It gets cold here during the wintertime every year and we have even gotten snow before in the past, though never much. However, by what I've heard, we've been getting some record setting low's here lately.
I personally prefer the temps to be in the 70's or 80's with a nice breeze. I don't care for higher temps, especially when it hits the triple digits, or the low's being too low. But that's just me.
PS Snuggling up next to my husband on a cold night is always a plus!

I love the triple digits. I have lived in southern California all of my life and I prefer the hot weather to the cold. I have been to Kalispell, Montana because I have family up there, but I hate the cold. Yes, I can bare it and eventually live with it, but if I had my choice between hot and cold, I will take hot any day.

I do remember it being cold in Arizona....The weather everywhere is very unusual lately..

it has been especially cold this year for AZ also. wonder whats up.
